The format, which has now become a tradition for everyone, was born in 2006 on the Christmas holidays.
Along the Salerno streets, it will be possible to admire many light installations. This year the central motive will be flowers and greenery, with ample space for Vietri ceramics. A tree will envelop the entire surface of Piazza Flavio Gioia creating an exceptional visual.
Salerno Luci d’Artista, a new tradition
Salerno Luci d’Artista was born on the occasion of the Christmas celebrations. The use of lights to celebrate Christmas is a custom with very classical roots and that was translated before with candles that decorated and illuminated the Christmas fir.
This poetic tradition has come down to the present day and continues to capture the eyes of adults and children with imaginative and very bright creations. Despite the restrictions imposed by Covid, the set-up will proceed as planned, albeit slightly resized for safety purposes and to avoid crowds.
