Tour Information

• Duration 8-9 hours

9. What meeting points are available for the Small Group tour?
   For the Small Group tour (up to 20 passengers), we provide a list of meeting points in Naples. You can choose your preferred location, or we’ll assign the one closest to your accommodation. Our meeting points include: LHP Napoli Palace, 50 Kalo Pizzeria, Royal Continental Hotel, Bar Picnic Molo Beverello, Stazione Marittima, NH Napoli Panorama Hotel, Museo Archeologico di Napoli, Palazzo Caracciolo, Starhotels Terminus.
10. How do I recognize my tour guide or my driver?
    They will be clearly identifiable with a sign “Worldtours” and will be waiting at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time.
11. Do I need to print my voucher?
    No, printing is not required. A digital voucher on your phone is perfectly acceptable.
12. Can I choose my seat on the bus in advance?
    Unfortunately, seat selection is not possible before the tour. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at boarding.
13. Can I pay on board with a credit card?
    When booking on our website, you can either pay the full amount at the time of booking or pay a deposit of 20% and settle the remaining balance on spot by cash or credit card. Please note: in case of a no-show, the full balance will be charged to the payment method used during booking. Your reservation is a binding purchase contract, and the balance must be paid even if you do not attend the tour.
14. Are there restrooms on the bus?
    Most of our buses do not have onboard restrooms. Rest stops are scheduled along the route.
15. Can I bring my luggage or backpacks?
    Only small personal items and backpacks are recommended. There is limited space for large luggage on the bus.
16. What should I do if I don’t receive my meeting point confirmation e-mail?
    If you do not receive your confirmation email with the meeting point details, please contact our office immediately at +39 081 767 3273. Our team will assist you and ensure you have all the information you need for your tour.
17. How early should I arrive at the meeting point?
    We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This ensures a smooth check-in and allows the tour to start on time.

10. What is the maximum waiting time if I’m late?
    The bus will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled departure time. If you are not at the meeting point within this window, the tour will continue as planned and no refund will be issued. Please make sure to arrive on time to avoid missing your tour.

11. What happens if I cancel my tour?
    If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a full refund in 7 business days.

CANCELLATION – The customer can cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the booked service, after this deadline no refund will be allowed. Within 12 hours before the tour departure the customer can also ask for an amendment of her/his booking (changes are related to: meeting point, tour typology, number of participants, tour date, and so on).

The tour operator deserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.

NO SHOW – For all our tours it will be highly appreciated to show up at the agreed meeting place at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. In each meeting point our tour leader will wait only for 10 minutes, after this deadline the booking is considered as a customer no-show and no refund will be deserved. In any case of delay, the customer must contact the emergency number +390817673273 and our customer service will help the customer to arrange a new pickup, if it will be possible.

LIABILITY – The tour operator is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. If the client has a train or a flight or a ship booked on the same day of the tour, it would be suggested to inform the tour operator to better manage the situation even if for all group tours the timetable cannot be subject to modifications. The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, a flight or a ship. Given the scheduled time-sheet customers should be aware about the real possibility to enjoy the tour they booked for.
