Explore the magic of the Amalfi Coast with a small-group excursion departing from Sorrento. Enjoy total freedom to manage your time among the picturesque alleys of Amalfi and Ravello, capturing unforgettable views from the most scenic viewpoints along the way.
Imagine a full day to breathe in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, without any rush and with all the comfort of a small group (maximum 8 people). No giant buses or stressful schedules: just you, your travel companions, and the freedom to explore Amalfi and Ravello, complete with a postcard-perfect photo stop overlooking Positano.
We will depart from Sorrento for a scenic journey along the iconic coastal road overlooking the sea. Before continuing, we will pull over at a special viewpoint near Positano.
The view from here is simply extraordinary: you will have the famous "cascade" of colorful houses clinging to the cliffside right before your eyes, with the sea as a backdrop. It is the perfect moment to capture the ultimate photo of this iconic village, enjoying the panoramic view from above without the stress of navigating its steep, crowded streets on foot.
Back on the road, our route winds past dramatic cliffs and tiny fishing villages until we reach Amalfi. Here, you will have two full hours of free time to explore the town at your own pace.
If you wish to experience the coast from a truly unique perspective, you can select the option that includes a scenic 30-minute boat ride: sailing along the shoreline, you can admire the towering cliffs and picturesque seaside hamlets directly from the water.
Whether you choose to stay on land or step aboard, you will still have plenty of time to climb the famous steps of the majestic St. Andrew’s Cathedral (Duomo), get lost in the labyrinth of whitewashed alleys in the historic center, stroll along the lively seafront, or treat yourself at a historic pastry shop to taste a traditional delizia al limone (lemon delight).
Finally, we head up into the hills: a scenic 30-minute drive will bring you to Ravello. This village is an oasis of absolute peace, cherished by artists and writers of every era for its quiet atmosphere, blooming gardens, and viewpoints that offer spectacular bird’s-eye views of the coast.
Two hours of pure tranquility await you here. Stroll through the main square, visit the splendid Villa Rufolo, or simply gaze out at the horizon from a terrace, at the exact spot where the blue of the sea blends into the sky.
