You will meet the guide at the ticket box-office in Herculaneum.
The tour will start with the visit of the small museum of the archeological park of Herculaneum, you will there be able to see a roman shipwreck discovered on the beach, everyday life tools, jewels and furniture found in the houses.
Then you will go down to the old city beach where you will be able to see the eruption victim’s remains.
The tour will then proceed visiting some of some residences as the Deer House, the Telefo’s House, Tramezzo’s House. You will also visit some public buildings of the Roman Age such as men and women’s thermal baths and some shops used to sell wine and food.

It was in Ercolano that were founded more than 2000 papyri that are now exhibited at the National Library of Naples.
