Start the tour by meeting your expert guide at Municipio Square, in the heart of the city, and dive into the monumental area.

Marvel at the grandeur of Galleria Umberto and the majestic Piazza del Plebiscito. Continue past Castel Nuovo and the Royal Palace. Stroll along Spaccanapoli and Via San Gregorio Armeno, and explore buried ruins telling the story of ancient Naples.

Your guide will take you to a restaurant in the historic center, close to main monuments, including Castel Nuovo, Royal Palace, and Via Caracciolo, where you can enjoy a stroll after lunch. Alternatively, explore shops along Via Toledo. Don’t miss Teatro San Carlo and the Royal Palace.

    • CANCELLATION
    The customer may cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the scheduled service. After this deadline, no refund will be allowed. Within 12 hours prior to the tour departure, the customer may also request a modification to the booking (changes may include: meeting point, type of tour, number of participants, tour date, etc.).
    For all our tours, customers are strongly advised to arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. At each meeting point, our guide will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes; after that time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be granted.
    The tour operator is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. If the customer has a train, flight, or boat booked on the same day as the tour, it is recommended to inform the tour operator in advance so the situation can be better managed; however, the schedules of group tours are not subject to changes.
    The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.


    NO-SHOW
    In case of delay, the customer must contact the emergency number +39 081 7673273, and our customer service will assist in reorganizing the pickup, if possible.


    LIABILITY
    The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, flight, or boat. Given the fixed schedules, customers must ensure that they are able to fully enjoy the booked tour.
