Pompeii & Vesuvius + Wine Tasting - Shared Group Tour

Pompeii is the only place in the world where tourists can visit an ancient Roman city almost entirely preserved despite the disastrous eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, which buried it under layers of debris, ashes and mud.

The result is the inestimable value of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Departing from Naples, you will first reach the archaeological excavations of Pompeii. The tour inside the excavations takes about 2 hours. Immediately after the visit there will be a lunch break with a choice of pizza or wine tasting in a traditional restaurant along the slope.

At the end of the lunch break, we will then continue to Vesuvius. Painted over the centuries by numerous artists, Vesuvius is the symbol of the Bay of Naples. The famous "giant" Vesuvius is certainly one of the most beautiful excursions to make, at least once in your life! You will reach with your driver an altitude of 1000 meters (the height of Vesuvius is 1100m) to admire the crater, which can be reached with a short walk.
