Pompeii Walking Tour - Shared Group Tour

The Pompeii walking tour starts from Pompeii, specifically you will meet your tour guide in front of Fortuna Village. Thanks to the skip the line service, the tour guide will buy the entrance tickets to the archeological site.

You will receive the most interesting basics about Pompeii and the tour guide will show you the most important places such as the thermal baths, the frescos of the Lupanare brothel, the Macellum with its "tabernae", famous workshops located in the commercial streets, the Basilica and the House of Faun. You will have the chance to take several photos during brief stops.

Walk through its paved streets that are laid out just as they would have been before the eruption of the Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD, with private homes mixed in with shops, restaurants, temples and so on.

In case of ongoing maintenance work of some villas or buildings for restoration, the guide will replace the visit with an alternative building.

The tour inside the ruins lasts around 1 hour and half or 2 hours. Your exact route will depend on the crowds and weather conditions.

CANCELLATION – the customer can cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 24 hours before the booked service, after this deadline no refund will be allowed. 

The tour operator deserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.

With reference to the tours including entrance fees (such as all tours including the visit of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mt. Vesuvius), these ones must be purchased in advance and in case of cancellation they would be not refunded.

NO SHOW – for all our tours it will be highly appreciated to show up at the agreed meeting place at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. In each meeting point our tour leader will wait only for 10 minutes, after this deadline the booking is considered as a customer no-show and no refund will be deserved.

In any case of delay, the customer must contact the emergency number +390817673273 and our customer service will help the customer to arrange a new pickup, if it will be possible.

LIABILITY – the tour operator is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. If the client has a train or a flight or a ship booked on the same day of the tour, it would be suggested to inform the tour operator to better manage the situation even if for all group tours the timetable cannot be subject to modifications. The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, a flight or a ship. Given the scheduled time-sheet customers should be aware about the real possibility to enjoy the tour they booked for.
