Pozzuoli & Wine Experience - Shared Group Tour

This tour will allow you to visit Pozzuoli, the pearl of the Phlegraean Fields, the famous dormant volcanic area near Naples.

The tour starts in Naples and after the arrival in Pozzuoli, a walking tour will take you to the famous rione Terra, the first inhabited area of the town of Pozzuoli. From here, you will proceed to the Flavian Amphitheatre of Pozzuoli, one of the largest amphitheatres in Italy. The amphitheatre was built, according to many authors, by Nerone and many people believe that it could welcome up to 40,000 visitors. Nowadays, what can be visited by visitors does not do justice to the grandeur of the amphitheatre, but it will allow you to understand its importance and admire its beauty.

After this walking tour, the tour will continue with a visit and lunch with wine tasting at a famous vineyard near Pozzuoli and at the end of the tasting, you will return to Naples. This experience will allow you to discover one of the beauties of our region and to taste typical products of our land!
