Herculaneum ruins were found only in '700. It was the first archeological site discovered in that period and now it is one of the most famous archeological sites in the world. Take the chance to visit the ancient city, declared one of the UNESCO sites in 1997, with a private driver! It is only 15 minutes far from Naples. Herculaneum has archaic origins as it was populated by indgigens and then by Samnites, Greeks, Etruscans and Romans.

Now in Herculaneum ruins it is possible to observe the daily life of the ancient population and to appeciate the precious finds of the old city.

Herculaneum was the first tourism destination loved by the rich Romans. Now, thanks to the excavations, it is possible to visit the thermal baths, protected against the pyroclastic flows of the eruption, the Forum, the gorgeous paintings, portrait statues excavated from different villas.

Best points are the Villa of the Papyri, famous for papyri in Greek and the House of Neptune and Amphitrite, with its spectacular mosaics.

CANCELLATION – the customer can cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the booked service, after this deadline no refund will be allowed. Within 12 hours before the tour departure the customer can also ask for an amendment of her/his booking (changes are related to: tour typology, number of participants, tour date, and so on).

LIABILITY – the tour operator is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. If the client has a train or a flight or a ship booked on the same day of the tour, it would be suggested to inform the tour operator to better manage the situation. The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, a flight or a ship. Given the scheduled time-sheet customers should be aware about the real possibility to enjoy the tour they booked for.
